How to purchase
The purchase order is subject to the availability of the object ordered.
The order is to be considered completed by the customer only after receiving confirmation email from the Vintage Watches Ltd.
The order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the payment by bank transfer.
All items purchased online have all the safeguards of the law, including satisfaction or your money back.
Goods must be returned within 10 days at the cost of the client, Vintage Watches Ltd. guarantees full refund less expenses incurred for delivery.

Method of payment
Bank transfer in advance required for amounts exceeding 1.000€ or direct remittance for amounts equal to or less than that amount.

Conditions of sale and guarantee
Vintage Watches srl will provide an invoice for tax purposes and a 1 year warranty on the operation and a lifetime warranty on the authenticity.
The loss of the warranty, which is nominative, or eventual tampering with the certificate will result in the nullification of the same.

Right to withdraw
Mail order purchases are regulated by articles of the law, customers who purchase by mail may enforce, within 10 days of purchase, their right to withdraw.
The watch will be collected and reimbursed by Vintage watches srl (less incurred shipping costs) only if it is acknowledged to be in the same condition it was at the time of sale. The right to withdraw is not allowed for goods which are collected in person.

Shipping
Shipping costs, always insured, are at the expense of Vintage Watches for countries within the European Union.

The maximum insurable amount is 10.000 €.
